Setup Details

In order to reserve booth space, prospective vendors should review the floor plan (under development) then contact An Antique Affair Management via phone or e-mail to reserve the desired booth space.  Booth availability will be updated on a first-come-first-served basis and in the event of a conflict, vendors with the later reservation will be asked to select a different booth.  Vendors may store their merchandise on site and the merchandise / facility may be accessed by making an appointment with the management staff.  Payment must be made one month in advance of the trade show.  Management staff is devising the rules and bylaws of booth rental and that document will be available on the web page when it is ready.
